> NABL accredited labs (Only): for Validation of MTCs data for key materials.
> Duly Stamped by authorized Inspector co-relating Heat marks with their relevant material test certificates and lab reports as applicable, prior to release for fabrication.

Process Controls

> Forming processes to code rules.
> Process parameter control for WIP quality at each process.
> Process control data records for each stage across fabrication and glasslining, assembly & dispatch.
> Product quality and productivity related data at each work centre.

Welding Controls

> welding processes to code rules.
> BPVC Section II-Materials Part C-Specifications for Electrodes, Filler Metals and Welding consumables and BPVC Section IX-Welding and Fusing Qualifications being followed for welding quality.

For “in-Process” Glass Lining

> High volt spark testing for pin holes and hair crack free, glass lining.
> Glass lining thickness measurement by coating Thickness Gauges.
>  Lining soundness
> Visual inspection
> Thickness
> Spark Test
> After Glass-Lining : 20000V

…Prior to Dispatch (FAT)

> Pressure Testing at final stage.
> Hydrostatic test OR
> Full vacuum
> Running Trial @ working volume.
> Measurement – Shaft concentricity, Power drawn, Agitator RPM, Vibration, Noise, Temperature of Seal, Gear Box & Motor.
> Visual, Thickness and Spark Test at 10000V.

…At Customer’s end After Installation (SAT)

> Performance Test includes hydrostatic test at working pressure, Operation performance (Running Trial) @ working volume.
> Visual, Thickness and Spark Test at 5000V.
